Delivery fees for orders within New Zealand are as follows:

Small packages:
North Island NZ$5.00
South Island NZ$5.00

Large packages:
North Island NZ$10.00
South Island NZ$15.00

Following receipt of your payment please allow 5 working days for delivery unless advised otherwise. All orders are delivered via courier and can be delivered to rural addresses.

Australia

Delivery fees for orders within Australia are as follows:

Small packages:
All States NZ$20.00

Large packages:
All States NZ$40.00

Following receipt of your payment please allow 10 working days for delivery unless advised otherwise. All orders are delivered via courier and can be delivered to rural addresses.

Cancellation Policy

Once orders have been processed we are unable to cancel them.

Refund Policy

Thread Design is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We anticipate that you will be delighted with your purchases but if for any reason you are not, return them unused within 10 days of purchase and we will refund or exchange them at our discretion. Freight expenses will not be refunded.
