Delivery fees for orders within New Zealand are as follows:

Small packages:
North Island $5.00
South Island $5.00

Large packages:
North Island $10.00
South Island $15.00

Following receipt of your payment please allow 5 working days for delivery unless advised otherwise. All orders are delivered via courier and can be delivered to rural addresses.

Australia

Delivery fees for orders within Australia are as follows:

Small packages:
All States $20.00

Large packages:
All States $40.00

Following receipt of your payment please allow 10 working days for delivery unless advised otherwise. All orders are delivered via courier and can be delivered to rural addresses.

For delivery outside New Zealand or Australia, please contact us at info@threaddesign.co.nz and we will quote you directly.

Returns

Return the item/s unused within 30 days of purchase. Please enclose a description of the fault and whether you would prefer a credit or replacement.

Goods are returned to Thread Design at your own expense, however if goods are faulty then we will credit the cost of the postage to your account.
